DAMAGED BOX & PARTS MISSING
This is the first time I have ordered auto parts from Amazon. It will be my last. Although the shipping carton was in good shape upon arrival, one of the shock absorber boxes was badly torn. This defect would have been obvious to the person who prepared the shipping carton. The installation hardware had spilled from one shock absorber box, and some of it had been lost. I had to go to my local parts store to find installation hardware. The 'hassle factor' for making up this shortcoming has far outweighed the few dollars I saved by ordering from Amazon.
